Also you can relax on the brand new lower deck with a bar that puts you right on the water. The lower deck also has string lights as well as resort style lighting that lights up the rock and the small caves the deck in built around.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE

Perfect getaway for my wife and I. Grounds and house very well taken care of and lots of amenities. We spent most of our time enjoying the screened in porch. Look forward to the next visit.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Spent most of our time on the screened in porch. Beautiful grounds and well equipped kitchen. Slept so well on the comfy beds. Perfect getaway for my wife and I.
