ONE OF THE MOST GORGEOUS VIEWS ON THE LAKE!!!!! This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house has everything you need to make your vacation on the lake perfect. Located in the gated community, "Stoney Point" - this home is situated on a beautiful flat lot, providing an easy walk down to the dock, with no steps. In addition, there is a sandy beach next to the dock, which kids love to play on.
There are flat screen televisions in the living room and playroom with dvd players and movies for your use. The playroom downstairs has an X-Box with games for the guests' enjoyment. Your entire family can gather around the big dining room table for mealtimes, as it seats 8 comfortably. The gas fireplace is not operational at this time.
You will definitely want to spend time on the large covered porch, complete with plenty of seating, 12-15 chairs and rocking chairs - as you enjoy the spectacular views of beautiful Smith Lake. Come experience the scenic beauty of the lake from this spacious house!
This house has DISH television service and WIFI Internet. Cell Service: ATT and T-Mobile are good; Verizon is limited.
Large Charcoal only grill.
The neighborhood has a quality boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house. You can put your boat in and get back to the house (by car and boat) in 15 minutes.The dock has two covered boat slips which are available for the renters' use. Boat slips are 10'x27' and 11'x27', no lift. Dock goes dry at 501 MSL. Google "Smith Lake Water Level" for current level. 510 msl is summer, 496 msl is winter. No power on the dock.
There is also additional parking and a children's playground and pavillion located at the community boat ramp. GARAGE IS NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR GUEST'S. OWNER USES IT FOR PERSONAL USE.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE

We enjoyed our stay but a few things could have made it better. There was no ice in any of the refrigerators or the stand alone ice maker. It was a ways back to get ice. Batteries in the remote downstairs lower level were no good. Ample space for our group. Kitchen supplied well with utensils. The grill was nice.

We had a great stay overall and would consider renting this property again. The location was perfect, the dock was nice, and the home provided plenty of space for our group. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of bath towels and washcloths available. There were a few minor issues that could be improved. The kitchen was not stocked with spices, or sealable storage containers, so future guests should plan accordingly. We also found hair left in the main-level shower upon arrival, a carton of chicken livers in the downstairs mini fridge, and a few dishes had been put away dirty. Some drawers also had crumbs that had fallen into them and could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning. The property includes two full sized refrigerators and a stand alone ice maker, which was nice, but unfortunately none of the ice makers were working during our stay. Despite these minor issues, nothing was significant enough to negatively impact our stay, and we feel these are issues that could be easily resolved and would make an already nice property even better.
Group Trip
We had a great time. This is our 2nd year staying at Great View. There’ s plenty of room for everyone and it’s on a great part of the lake. We had an issue with a pipe and in about an hour it was fixed.
Great Views is a excellent name for this home.
We have stayed here 4 times and each time we say it can’t get any better. But it does. We love it here and plan to book soon for another great views vacay.

Awesome getaway!
The photos of this house on your site do not do this location justice. Beautiful view of Smith Lake, large back deck and dock to drop a fishing line. Bedrooms and kitchen were spacious. We will be back.
