"BLUE VIEW" is the absolute perfect vacation getaway for a family or group of friends. A very private location and gorgeous views. The property borders a cove which is safe for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming off the dock. It is also near Arley, Alabama for your local shopping or restaurants.
Fabulous 4 bedroom / 3 bath house conveniently located on Dismal Creek, just minutes from Duncan Bridge Marina. The house features an open floor plan with the kitchen, den and living area all combined. Large deck overlooking the lake for you to enjoy the beauty of a Smith Lake sunset. The dining room seats 8 and 4 more can sit at the kitchen bar.
This house has a gorgeous scenic view of the lake! It is an easy walk to the dock, on a gently sloping sidewalk.
Charcoal and gas grill.
The private dock has 1 boat slip with boat lift available for the renter's use. Lily pad floatation mat for guests use. Yearround water. There is an extra level of safety at the dock provided by DC power and Solar Power on the dock. Nearest Boat ramp is Duncan Bridge Marina.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Weekend lake trip
The check in was smooth. The gps takes you directly to the driveway. The property has plenty of parking even if you are bringing your own boat. (The property has a ramp on site in good condition). You have neighbors but the trees give you privacy. The house was in good condition very clean and well stocked. Two refrigerators comes in handy to keep the main fridge from being cluttered. The area has low traffic but still close enough to the main channel if you want to explore.
