RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.

Multiple decks to spend time enjoying the views of the lake. Located in the Houston area.  This 6 bedroom/ 4 bath house is just what you're looking for to get away for a week and enjoy the beauty of Smith Lake!  The home boasts two large lake facing covered porches from where you can view the lake.
 
The indoor dining table seats 8, plus there is seating for 3 at the bar, and the kitchen table seats 4.   The house has Smart TV's, with Dish satellite, and internet is available. Lower level has 5 player card table, sectional sofa and television for relaxing after hours.

Additional sleeping in loft area. One bedroom and one bath in loft.
 
Two story dock with swim deck. Approximately 35 steps to the dock. Plenty of seating and covered area, plus a jump platform!  The lake is very deep and clear and typically 35-50 feet deep off the dock. Yearround water.

Gas grill with a griddle.
WiFi Internet and Dish satellite TV. Cell service: AT&T works best, Verizon is spotty, internet calls work well!
 
PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July. OFF-SEASON: 2 Night Minimum.
Thanksgiving and Christmas - (3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
