RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.
 
Beautiful location on the lake! Convenient to Duncan Bridge Marina and Duskin Point Marina. Spacious and lovely 4 bedroom/ 3 bath home with a second kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher) downstairs. Dining room seats 6 at the table. Enjoy the lakeside views by sititng on the screened in porch, or gathering around the gas fire pit located on the upper deck.
 
Amenities include: Ping pong table, 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, basketball goal.
 
Bedroom #1 Full size bed, Twin over twin bunk bed - located on the Main level
Bedroom #2: King size bed - located main level
Bedroom #3: Queen size bed,  located Downstairs
Bedroom #4: Two Queen size beds -  located Downstairs
 
There is WiFi Internet. Cable television and smart tv's.
 
Fireplace is not available for use. Charcoal grill for guests use.
 
20 steps to the dock. Dock LifeGuard on dock. No slip available. There is room to tie up to the dock.
Plenty of parking for up to 5 cars.
 
PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July. OFF-SEASON: 2 Night Minimum.
Thanksgiving and Christmas - (3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
