RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.
 
Built in 2022.  No cost was spared in this custom built home which is setup for multiple families.  House has 4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms.  Master BR on each floor, bunkroom in the basement, all bedrooms have TV. Dining area seats 8, with an additional 3 at the bar, and 3 at the island.  There is a second smaller kitchen located downstairs.
 
Peaceful, awesome views from multiple outdoor decks.  Lower deck has lots of seating and a large gas firepit for those chilly evenings.   You have an easy walk to the water down the concrete golf cart path.  
Nice private cove with one slip boat dock.  Great area for kayaking on the 2 kayaks.  
 
Convenient to Cullman or Jasper for restaurants and shopping.
 
Large Gas grill.

PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July. OFF-SEASON: 3 Night Minimum.
Thanksgiving and Christmas - (3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
