RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.
 
Beautiful Lake home located on the Sipsey - convenient to Lakeshore Marina and Arley, Alabama - and a short drive to great hiking trails in Bankhead National Forest!  Comfortably furnished with everything you need for your lake vacation.  4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two living room areas (one on the main level and one downstairs) for family and friends to spread out. Dining area seats 6 and there are seats for 4 more at the island. Screened-in porch with view of the lake.  The yard is flat and there are zero steps to the dock. Charcoal grill for your grilling needs and cornhole game for entertainment outside. Sit outside and enjoy the scenery by the fire pit!
 
Easy walk to the dock with swim pier! Kayak, paddle board, lily pad available to guest's use.

Charcoal Grill and Extra refrigerator downstairs. There is plenty of room to park 4-5 cars/trucks.  
Pets are considered if fully house-trained and 40 lbs or less.
 
PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July. OFF-SEASON: 3 Night Minimum.
Thanksgiving and Christmas - (3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
 
AT THIS TIME, ONLY 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAYS ARE BEING ACCEPTED FOR 2023 PEAK SEASON (MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH LABOR DAY).
