RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.

Gorgeous 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath house conveniently located on Rock Creek, just minutes from Duskin Point Marina and Rock Creek Marina, in Crane Hill, Alabama.  Floor to ceiling Windows will allow you to see the lake easily from the living area. Large Outdoor deck spanning the width of the house, uncovered and covered, allows you to relax and enjoy the view of the lake. The dining room seats 8 and 4 more can sit at the kitchen bar.   There are 3 bedrooms and additional sleeping in Loft on second floor-  provides plenty of sleeping areas for family and friends.
 
Game room with ping pong table, pool table, movies, games and puzzles.
 
Gas grill.
 
There are only 10 steps down to the private dock. Power on the dock.Yearround water and swim pier on the dock. Boat slip is not available for guests' use, however there is room to tie up to the dock.

PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July. OFF-SEASON: 2 Night Minimum.
