RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.
 
Located in great spot on the lake! No Wake Zone - low boat traffic.  But close to main channel.
 
Sleeps 9 in beds. Maximum occupancy : 9
 
Bedroom #1: QUEEN size bed- main level
Bedroom #2: FULL size bed and BUNK BED (twin/twin)- main level
Bedroom #3: QUEEN size bed  and FULL size bed- main level

Power available on dock. Year round water.
 
 
WiFi Internet and streaming on TV's. Note: Main level tv does not have regular tv, only streaming. Bring your youtube login for upstairs.
 
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept three (3) night reservations for the Peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week - 4th of July week has a 5 night minimum - OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night min. and 30% discount (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
