RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.

GREAT location in a lovely cove with low trafiic and convenient to Duskin Point Marina and Smith Lake Dam. You will LOVE this cabin and the memories you will make on Smith Lake!  WiFi Internet and streaming service. There is a washer/dryer and an extra refrigerator in the basement. There is seating for 6 in the dining area, 5 at the bar and 6 outside on the screened in porch.  Easy walk to the dock, no steps. There is an outdoor fire pit at the water's edge for you to enjoy those peaceful nights on the lake. Wonderful screened in porch and sitting area at the dock, plus a swim dock.
 
The dock has one slip available for the renter's use (18'x12'). Boat slip included with rental. One kayak and one canoe for the renters' use. There is Power on the dock (can be turned off if renter wishes).
 
WiFi Internet. YouTube TV on the tv's.
 
Charcoal grill.
 
Bedroom 1: Master - King size bed - main floor
Bedroom 2: Twin size bed  (Bathroom between bedroom 1 and 2)
Bedroom 3: - Queen size bed -  second floor
Bedroom 4: 2 Full size beds and one twin size bed  - second floor
* Additional sleeping in basement in bunk bed. Twin over twin.
 
 
PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July. OFF-SEASON: 2 Night Minimum.
Thanksgiving and Christmas - (3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
