RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.
 
Come enjoy the beauty of "Yellowhammer Hill" on Smith Lake! Located conveniently near Cullman, this house is only minutes from the interstate. This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms/ 3.5 bath, and sleeps 17 in beds. The dining room seats 8 and 6 more can be seated in other dining areas.
 
Amenities: Swimming Pool (depth of 5' and shallow end is about 3') , paddle board, Lily Pad floatation device, cornhole game, Smart TV, 80 inch television downstairs. Outdoor ping pong table, lawn darts game, badminton set, and corn hole. We also have several board games.
 
The dock features 4 adirondack chairs and a table and 2 chairs. There is power on the dock and renter's will have use of 1 boat slip and 1 PWC port. The boat slip measures 10x22 and has a lift.  One boat slip for the renter's use. The boat slip is covered and has a lift.
 
Please be aware that the house is up on the hill and requires walking down a gravel drive to the dock.  A golf cart can get you most of the way down but there is still a part of the drive to walk down/up.
 
Bedroom 1: King size bed with private bath - main level - Television in room
Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (single over full) - downstairs
Bedroom 3: Queen and single bed - downstairs
Bedroom 4:  Queen size bed
Bedroom 5:  Queen and daybed with a trundle.
 
 
PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July.
OFF-SEASON: Minimum nights varies with each property, discounted rates vary as well (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas - (3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.
 
AT THIS TIME, ONLY 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAYS ARE BEING ACCEPTED FOR 2022 PEAK SEASON (MEMORIAL DAY THROUGH LABOR DAY).
