RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.
 
Located on beautiful Sipsey Creek -  This gorgeous home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.   It sleeps 12 people in beds comfortably with a 12 person maximum occupancy.  Dining room table seats 8 and there is even more seating outdoors with the view of the lake (seating for 12 more outside).
Entertainment items downstairs include a pool table, game table, games and DVD's, and smart television.
 
Yearround water at the dock! One boat slip is available for the renter's use. It is 11' x 30'.   There is power on the dock.  For your peace of mind and safety, this dock contains 24/7 protection via Dock Lifeguard which is a system installed to detect any potentially lethal rogue electrical current present in the vicinity of swimmers. A loud alarm notifies of the potential danger.
 
Also for the guest's enjoyment, 2 kayaks are provided (bring your own life vests), and a Fire Pit for enjoying cool nights!

PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July. OFF-SEASON: 2 Night Minimum.
