Full Description:  Enjoy some of the best views on Smith Lake from this gorgeous third floor condo at Duncan Bridge Resort. This condo offers many ameneties not available in a traditional house. The condo offers a large swimming pool  (OPEN YEAR ROUND), a public charcoal grill, and a covered boat slip.

This beautifully decorated condo features 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths with a large balcony overlooking the pool and the lake. Wake up to beautiful views of the lake from your master suite featuring a kingsize bed, large bath, dual sinks and separate shower and garden tub. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and shares a bathroom with a third bedroom with a queen size bed.   Plenty of seating on the balcony for enjoying lake views morning and night.
The dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 at the bar.  
 
Duncan Bridge Marina and Boat Launch are just across the street. Two miles north of Duncan Bridge, you'll be able to find groceries and restaurants in Arley.  For more great restaurants and shopping, Jasper is only about 15 minutes away.
 
No pets are allowed in or around the  Duncan Bridge Resort condos by rental guests.
 
Duncan Bridge Condominiums require a 4 night minimum stay during peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) and a 3 night minimum during off -season.

We enjoyed our stay so much at this condo!

It was perfect for our family and met all of our needs. We just wanted a place to get away and spend time together as a family. We played board games and enjoyed the balcony. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook the little bit I cooked. The decorations were so nice. Our daughter enjoyed the pool. I am so glad we can rent directly now. It was really frustrating to pay for nothing. I even told my husband that money could have gone towards our rental. This fact makes me very happy. This condo blew us away!!!

We absolutely loved the property we rented! I've never been to a condo on Smith Lake, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. For starters, it was beautiful! The decor was so nice, very well kept, and honestly made us feel like we were at the beach, haha! The beds were very comfortable, and all linens were soft and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with a multitude of kitchen gadgets, cutlery, utensils, pots, and pans. We didn't lack anything, because you provided all we needed to cook a meal, aside from the food! We loved the little touches of paper plates, cold beer mugs, and silicone cups. The balcony furniture was so nice, and we loved being able to eat outside. The view was awesome, too! We loved the pool, and the convenience of the boat slip. We went on the boat during the day, and swam in the pool at night. It was perfect! We noticed how clean the place was, and really appreciated all of the attention to detail. We talked about how we would love to make this an annual tradition!
