Located conveniently near Duncan Bridge Marina.  This property is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends to gather.  Relax on the porch which provides seating area with 4 person table and charcoal grill for grilling out.  The dock has one covered boat slip available for the renter's use.  Also, one paddle board and a kayak for the renters' enjoyment! Water off the dock is approximately 12 feet deep during summer pool.

Bedroom 3:  Twin and Full size bed (sleeps 3) - with a television in the room
Additional sleeping on sleeper sofa and a futon.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept three (3) night reservations for the Peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week -  4th of July week has a 5 night minimum -  OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night min. and 30% discount (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)
