Perfect Water Access!

We had a GREAT time at the lake last wknd! We really appreciated the early check in at noon so we could enjoy the day on the water on Friday. The water access was perfect and the location close to Brothers Restaurant was perfect! The dock was super nice, especially the ease of access and even the stairs into the water. The screened in porch was great and lots of parking. Several of us had to work and come and go at different times so that helped to have space for everyone to be able to bring separate vehicles and have room to park. It was fabulous and we had a Great Lake weekend. I'd definitely stay again! - (Jul 2022 - VRBO)

Perfect for our two families!

The house was perfect for our two families. We had plenty of space and we loved that there weren't many steps to the water. We did enjoy the firepit and charcoal grill. It was nice and quiet and a beautiful view. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings. - (Aug 2020)

Smith Lake is beautiful and your property was the icing on the cake! My husband and I brought our 3 sons and they each brought a friend (ages ranging 10-17). Not once did they argue or fuss. Everyone got along beautifully. My teenagers who usually sleep until lunch were up with the sun! All of the boys would wake up and run straight off the dock. They were in the water until quiet time at 10! We brought our boat but we also rented a pontoon boat for a day out. Of course, we visited the cliffs! The rest of the time the boys just wanted to be on the dock fishing and swimming. This was by far one of our favorite family vacations yet and we can truly say we spent quality time together. The TV wasn't turned on, phones were only out for pictures, we ignored the news for a couple of days. We only left the house by boat once we were settled in. We didn't have to leave for anything. It was a much needed getaway. Thank you so much for providing us with a property that made us feel like we were right at home. I have already recommended that my friends look you up soon!
