Located near Duncan Bridge -  This gorgeous home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.  There is additional sleeping downstairs in bunk beds and also in an attached room upstairs with 2 twin beds.  It sleeps 14 people in beds with a 14 person maximum occupancy.  
GAME ROOM downstairs with pool table, bar, game table and flat screen television.
 
Yearround water at the dock. Easy walk down to the dock, with a slight slope. One boat slip is available for the renter's use. It is 24' x 10'. There is no lift in this slip.  The owner keeps his own boat in the other slip.  There is also a swim dock with ladder. Also, for your peace of mind and safety, this dock contains 24/7 protection via Dock Lifeguard which is a system installed to detect any potentially lethal rogue electrical current present in the vicinity of swimmers. A loud alarm notifies of the potential danger.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July.
OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night min. and 30% discount (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas - 3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
