RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.

Extraordinary ~5680 sq ft. 7BR Lake House that sleeps up to 20.  Gentle slope to water!
Large great room with 30 foot, tongue-in-grove ceiling with antler chandelier, kids loft area, and double-sided, wood burning, stone fireplace. Separate balconies overlooking the Lake for 3 of the bedrooms, one balcony with two seat swing off the kitchen and dining room.
 
Very nice kitchen (gourmet) and dining with round table seating 8 and bars (2) seating another 6. The downstairs also has a kitchen , pool table and separate stereo with Bose 901 speakers, and a second set of washer/dryer. Large flat-screen TVs in basement and in main level great room. 4 bedrooms upstairs, each two share a full bath and shower.
 
Shuffleboard, foosball, and new furniture are coming to the basement by summer.
 
Outside you have a very large backyard for football and other activities, as well as a boat house with swing for enjoying the water. Boat house has a swim platform and a ladder.  One boat slip is available for renter's use and 2 jet ski ports are in the other slip and available for use.  A boat can be tied up to the side of the dock.  Slip is 10 x 26 feet. Yearround water at the dock.
 
No More Than 20 people in house at Once; No More than 5-6 Cars at Once.  
Gas grill and charcoal grill available for your use.  Fire Pit seen in video is no longer functional.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July.
OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night min. and 30% discount (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas - 3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
