Full Description: Spacious and comfortable, this home has a relaxed atmosphere that is perfect for family gatherings and spending time together. 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms.
"The Arches" is located on an easy sloping lot down to the dock, with no steps. The dock has two covered boat slips which are available for the renters' use, as well as a swim dock with ladder. Scenic rock ledge leads into the water, on either side of the dock. Please note that the dock hits ground when the water level reaches 500 MSL. Water levels can be checked at www.smithlake.info.
Expansive deck overlooking the water, with a shaded as well as a sunny portion, and plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the view! There is a nice Weber 22.5" charcoal grill for the renter's use.
Ping pong table upstairs in play room.

PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July. OFF-SEASON: 2 Night Minimum.
Thanksgiving and Christmas - (3 nights required and Peak Season rates)
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Wished We Could Have Stayed Longer!
We had an absolute wonderful time at the lake house. It was very pretty, relaxing and most comfortable stay. The accommodations were incredible with the size of crew we had and the little ones we had with us so the bathrooms in all the bedrooms were much needed. We all wished we could have stayed longer and hit a little warmer weather as to utilize the dock more. - (Apr 2022 - VRBO)

The Best place for our Large Family!
THE best place for our large (17) family that we have rented in the last 5 years! The house was clean and we loved the new lighter painted family areas. The bunk room housed our 4 y.o., two 6 y.o's and one 8 y.o. The other bedroom was occupied by our two 12 y.o. granddaughters. Our 15 y.o. grandson slept in his parents' room on the daybed and we still had bedrooms for us, our 3 kids w/spouses, our single daughter, and even a bedroom for her boyfriend! The grown kids also gave a thumbs up to the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom and that families did not have to share. The dock with 2 slips was great especially since we brought a boat with us and also rented a pontoon boat for several days giving everyone a chance to be out on the lake at one time. Since my husband and I are in our 70s, we appreciated the easy walk to the dock with not lots of steep steps!
