Awesome family vacation destination!

The house was very clean, and it was nice that the AC air was turned on for us when we arrived being its so hot outside. The porch is wonderful!

Great vacation in a beautiful setting!

This is a beautiful property on Smith Lake! We have rented this house 3 times and have never been disappointed. The house and yard are both very well maintained. It has wonderful views of the lake. The fire pit is our favorite place to spend the evenings.  
Thanks for the addition of the outdoor "toys". Loved the swim mat and corn hole game!

House met all of our needs!

Would definitely stay here again!

After seeing all the steps between houses and the lake, we appreciated the soft slope of this yard so much more! The view is lovely, it's just down from the bridge and marina to be convenient, but far enough away to not be bothered by any traffic. The National Forest is directly across from this home, so beautiful, undeveloped areas to enjoy. The house was clean, and had most anything you need - a little shy on pots and mixing bowls but the knives were sharp! We would definitely stay here again - (Aug 2020 - VRBO)

The lake location, yard and view were great.

We had a wonderful time on the lake this past weekend. The lake location, yard and view were great. The house did have a musky odor when we first arrived, so we didn't use the main floor bedroom until the second night.
