This 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium is close to Duncan Bridge Marina and your rental includes the use of your own boat slip. Enjoy some of the best views on Smith Lake from this gorgeous condo at Duncan Bridge Resort. This condo offers many amenities not available in a traditional house. The condo provides direct access from the back porch, to the lakeside common ground, a large swimming pool, and a public charcoal grill. The rental also includes a covered boat slip.
 
Note: There is one television in the living room. This condo unit does have Charter cable service. WiFi Internet Service provided.

Duncan Bridge Marina and Boat Launch are just across the street. Two miles north of Duncan Bridge, you'll be able to find groceries and restaurants in Arley.  For more great restaurants and shopping, Jasper is only about 15 minutes away.
 
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept three (3) night reservations for the Peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week - 4th of July week has a 5 night minimum - OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night min. and 30% discount (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)
