RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.

"Paradise Point" is a gorgeous house located on a flat lot in the gated community of Stoney Point. You will love the open floor plan, double decker boat dock, and the flat lot...no steps to the water!
 
This home has two floors with a total of 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. (3 BR/ 2.5 BA on the main level and 2 BR/1 BA in the open basement.) The spacious kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and eat at bar, and awesome views out of the large windows. The kitchen is open to the great room with a large flat screen TV and large windows looking out to the lake. There is a separate dining room with a table which seats 8.
 
The downstairs has another kitchen, with refrigerator, microwave, and two burner stove top. Also downstairs is a den with large screen TV, couches, and ping-pong table. The downstairs/ lake level also looks out onto the lake and the covered sitting area outside.
 
WIFI and television are included.
Cell Service: ATT and T-Mobile are good; Verizon is limited.
 
The double decker dock has an available slip, Power on the dock, and the house has plenty of parking for your trailer. There is also a swim dock and a sandy beach area for kids to play. Newly built Fire Pit for your nightly enjoyment. The dock touches the ground at 498 MSL.  A boat can still be pulled into the slip but the dock itself does not sit flat below 498.
 
There is plenty of room to park your boat trailer at the house. The neighborhood has a quality boat ramp less than 1 mile from the house. You can put your boat in and get back to the house (by car and boat) in 15 minutes. There is also additional parking and a children's playground and pavillion located at the community boat ramp.
 
This property is pet friendly, please notify us if you will bringing your pet. There is an additional $20/night pet fee (per pet) and $150 additional to the cleaning fee.

PEAK SEASON: no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept FIVE (5) night MINIMUM reservations for June and July, if booked before May 1. Beginning May 1, we accept 3 night reservations for June and July. OFF-SEASON: 2 Night Minimum.
