Consulting Services.  Our consulting involves working with you to maximize your rental income and reducing risks.  This includes an onsite meeting with you to look over the property, determine the rates, and make safety recommendations.
 
Marketing the Property.    We market our properties via various channels on the internet, through the Smith Lake Rentals newsletter with 800+ email addresses, local billboards and in various publications.   We ensure top Google  rankings giving us a high-profile presence to reach interested customers.

Reservations and Logistics.  Reservations includes the guest contracts as well as collecting deposits and rents.   We handle supplying directions/instructions, check-in, check-out, and cleaning/inspection.

Bookkeeping.   We will provide you with a full accounting of your rental property activity on a monthly basis.  We will collect and pay all of the local and state taxes associated with the lodging.   We are registered with all of the many tax authorities around the lake.

Dealing with Problems.  Of course we all hope there are no problems but they do happen.  We handle all problems that occur.  Whether it be internet connectivity, satellite TV, plumbing, etc., we take care of these leaving you with peace of mind.
