Coming available to you August 1st is a wonderful place for your family to get away and enjoy one another. This lovely home is situated on a 2 1/4 lot with 333 feet of unobstructed water frontage with a big water view. In addition, this house has a lovely grass yard, no steps to water with a boat dock with power and slip available and swim pier on deep water up to 70 feet. During the summer, the water shows a rock shelf which you can sit on and sun bathe. This house has a beautiful den with fireplace opens up to the kitchen and on back deck. Whispering Oaks is a 5 bedroom, 3 full bath house located on the upper end of Rock Creek, just north of the bridge on Hwy 77. By road, the house is located less than 2 miles from Arley, AL.
This house is an easy 25 steps from the water and has a boat/swim dock with a place to park your boat. The house is back in a cove with very little traffic making it very safe for swimming and lounging in the water. The house also has a large basement with bunks and another area for TV, video games, ping pong or just relaxing. The house is equipped with a phone, satellite TV, and a full stereo. Live the dream at this house and make lifetime memories. This house is perfect for a large group or family. The main floor is open and spacious featuring a fireplace in the center of the room for all to enjoy whether you are eating cooking or relaxing in the keeping room. This home has a custom kitchen with copper backspash and island with stools and farmhouse table seating easily 8 people overlooking the lake. The screen porch is filled with fans and comfortable seating for relaxing after a long day on the lake. The bathroom had a tin ceiling with a chandaliar- just so charming. Downstairs has stained concrete flooring with couches and tv for entertaining. There are two bedrooms downstairs with twin beds,bunkbeds and futon for sleeping up to 12 downstairs alone. Upstairs sleeps 4 with a total of 16 in beds. The house is decorated in such a special way that will draw you back year after year.

The "Fairy Tale"- what a great way to describe this house when you walk through the front door and view the glass walls on the backside of the house after scanning the beautiful open living room, open to the gourmet kitchen and large farm table with lots of seating for a large family gathering. The kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counter tops with a copper sink and slate backsplash with a commercial grade gas cooktop. Hardwood floors in every room. This house has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths sleeping 12 total in beds. Four of the bedrooms all have king size beds with private baths. The master bedroom is engulfed with a tremendous view of the lake from 8 foot tall windows. Its just breath taking. You will feel like you are living the fairy tale dream while staying in this house. The downstairs is a heaven in itself offering a magical place for kings and queens to engage in a jolly game of pool and ice cold beverage from the bar. This house also has a double decker boat dock great for hanging out during the day with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy and even a fire pit. If bringing a boat, you will have at least three places completely padded for your boats safety to tie off.
