This is a fantasic house for small kids. The house is located in a culdesac so your kids can ride bikes. This house is located just 5 miles from Smith Lake Park which has a huge water slide and all sorts of entertainment. This house does share a boat dock with other members of family however, if you are there- they promise not to get in your way!!!! They want you to enjoy the dock as if its all yours. This is a very open floor plan with the kitchen and den all as one room with the loft overlooking. This house is within 1/2 mi from Mallard Point Marina so if you are bringing your boat , unload there and use the slip available for you at this house. Enjoy the direct tv after a long day in the water and sun.

Enjoy the best of both worlds: A lakeside retreat hidden down a gated county road on a quiet stretch of Rock Creek -- and a 3 minute drive down highway 77 to the convenience of Arley's groceries, gas, and supplies. Use the local ramp to launch a small boat or personal watercraft or use the free public launch just a 1/2 mile down the road for larger trailers.
Tie-up and/or swim in deep water at the edge of the pier -- either activity is just a few steps from the porch. Anglers will appreciate the stripers that congregate in the protective waters of the Mill Branch.
This spacious A-frame will delight you with its contemporary decor and open floor plan. The ample living room, full-size kitchen, and dining area overlook the water through wall-to-wall windows. Gulf Breeze is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath house sleeping 6 in beds and 2 on a foldout couch. The master bedroom has a beautiful king size sleigh bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. Also in this room is an additional twin. Additional sleeping is provided with a foldout couch in the living room.
This house is located two miles via water or road from the dam on the Sipsey Fork in a beautiful cove offering safe swimming and fishing with a view of big water.
Very nice accommodation are found in this house. The kitchen provides plenty of space for planning those wonderful meals after a long, fun filled day on the water. This house is very comfortable and offers a very pleasant getaway. The wood burning fireplace adds warmth to the house for those cool nights.
This house provides an easy stroll to the water off the back porch of 8 steps into the back yard. There is a swim dock available for tying your boat to and swimming off of.
